A Kitchen for the Whole Family

This custom-built 3,836 square foot sprawling 5 bed/4 bath ranch sits on two acres in the heart of Cascade as our client’s “forever home.” Changes to the main level floorplan meant removing a wall and moving adjacent walls to decrease the size of the existing laundry and open up the kitchen to include an island and eat-in dining area. The order of the day for this young, professional family of six was a multi-use space that made sense for their busy life. Flexing kitchen, dining and living with a more open concept so family & friends can gather, entertain and easily communicate.

Expanded Kitchen
The expanded kitchen opens to the dining and main living room, maximizing the natural light. With four kids, we wanted durable materials opting for a sturdy wood-look porcelain tile in the kitchen and an octagonal entry tile complementing a custom-fabricated metal stair railing to reflect the client’s transitional-meets-urban contemporary aesthetic.
